A remote interview is a quick and easy video call where we chat about your experience with a brand. We like to keep things light and fun! To you, it will feel just like a regular video call, but in the background, our software will be capturing high-quality audio and video directly from the source. Our producers will kick things off by making sure everything looks and sounds great, and then we’ll dive into a few questions based on our research about the brand.

How to join a remote interview

Our process is wildly simple.

1. Schedule your interview

A brand has sent you an invite to participate in a remote interview. Just click the link to schedule your remote interview on a day/time that works best for you.

2. Join your interview

You'll get a reminder when it's time to join your scheduled interview. You don't need to create an account or sign in credentials to join.

To join:
1. Make sure you have

2. Use Chrome or Edge browser to open the link in your calendar invite (riverside url)

3. Enter your name and select if you're wearing headphones or not.

4. That's it! Our producers will be there
