A virtual recording is a remote testimonial interview conducted by our expert producers. To participants it will feel like a standard video call, but behind the scenes our software is capturing high quality direct source video. During the recording session our expert producers will take a few minutes to make sure lighting, camera, and audio are optimal. We'll then ask your customer or team member a series of custom questions catered to your brand, experience, offerings, and more. To get the best responses, we like interviews to feel light and fun- like a nice conversation with a friend. We remind the interview subject not to worry about mistakes. Our editors only use the best parts of the interview ensuring everyone looks great!
